Dense and opulent, with a fascinating display of rich, syrupy wild blackberry and boysenberry compote. Wonderful floral aromas matched with a smooth, rich long mid palette.  A silky smooth texture, firm, ripe tannins and a wonderful focus that keeps repeating the dense, dark fruit flavors.  Will cellar beautifully.  Aged 22 months in 30 % New French oak
